Terms of Service

1. Service

QORENDI provides pricing calculators, proposal and package tools, client communication scripts, educational resources, saved workspaces and related business-planning features for freelancers and service businesses. QORENDI is a planning and productivity product and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials and activity performed through your account. You may not share an account in a way that circumvents plan limits or access controls.

3. Subscription and recurring billing

Paid access is offered on a recurring subscription basis. The price and billing interval shown at checkout apply until changed or canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the billing provider to charge the disclosed recurring amount and applicable taxes until cancellation.

You may cancel through the available billing-management tools. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where QORENDI expressly states otherwise.

4. Access after cancellation

When paid access ends, subscriber-only tools may become unavailable. QORENDI may retain account data and saved work for a reasonable period subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable law and any available deletion controls. Export any client-facing work you need to keep before access ends.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of business information, proposals, packages and other material you enter into QORENDI. You grant QORENDI the limited rights necessary to store, process, display and transmit that content to provide the service, including when you intentionally create a public client share link.

6. Share links

Anyone with an active client share link may be able to view the associated read-only document. You are responsible for deciding what information to include and for revoking links when they should no longer be accessible.

7. QORENDI intellectual property

The QORENDI software, branding, pricing framework, playbook, scripts, interface, templates and original resource content are owned by or licensed to QORENDI. A subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to use them for your own business. You may not resell, republish, scrape, reproduce or distribute the member library or software as a competing product.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse QORENDI, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, abuse public sharing, automate excessive requests or use the service for unlawful activity.

9. Availability and changes

QORENDI may add, modify or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Pricing outputs and decisions

Calculator results are estimates based on the information you enter. Actual pricing, taxes, costs, profit, legal obligations and commercial outcomes may differ. You remain responsible for reviewing your numbers and making your own business decisions.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, abusive use, non-payment or security risks. Where practical, QORENDI may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QORENDI is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that any pricing recommendation, proposal, script or strategy will produce a particular business result. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as QORENDI evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.
