1. Information we collect

QORENDI may collect account information such as your email address, business name, work type, preferred currency and revenue goal; waitlist or launch-access information such as your email address and referral or campaign source; subscription status and billing identifiers; saved calculator scenarios; proposals, package sets and other content you choose to store; and technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

2. Waitlist and product emails

If you join a QORENDI waitlist or request founding-member or launch access, we may use the email address you provide to send launch updates, product information and related QORENDI marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in those messages.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by the configured third-party billing provider. QORENDI does not store full payment-card details. The billing provider may process payment, billing address, tax and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy practices.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, manage launch or waitlist access, provide subscriber features, save and sync your work, process subscriptions, support customers, prevent abuse and fraud, understand acquisition sources, diagnose errors, improve QORENDI and meet legal or accounting obligations.

5. Saved business content

Content you enter into QORENDI remains associated with your account so you can access it across supported devices. You should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive personal information in proposals, packages or client-facing share links.

6. Client share links

When you create a share link, QORENDI makes the selected saved document available through a tokenized read-only URL. Anyone who receives that URL may be able to view the document until you revoke the link. The link does not provide access to your member dashboard or editing controls.

7. Cookies and sessions

QORENDI uses secure session cookies to keep you signed in and authorize account access. Additional analytics or preference technologies may be introduced later and this policy will be updated if needed.

8. Service providers

QORENDI may rely on infrastructure, database, hosting, billing, email, analytics and support providers to operate the service. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

9. Data retention

Account, waitlist and saved-work data may be retained while relevant to the service and for a reasonable period afterward for launch communication, backup, security, legal, billing and recovery purposes. Retention practices may vary by data type and applicable law.

10. Security

QORENDI uses technical safeguards including password hashing, secure session cookies, server-side entitlement checks and request-rate controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices

You can edit member setup information, revoke client share links, delete supported saved items, cancel a subscription through available account tools and unsubscribe from marketing emails. Additional access, correction or deletion workflows will be provided as required by applicable law and product capabilities.

12. Sale of personal information

QORENDI does not sell customer personal information to advertisers.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as QORENDI adds providers or features. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable method.
